“ I have eaten at this restaurant for both business events and for family night out and it hasn’t disappointed yet. The wings, orange chicken, and the shaken beef are all absolutely delicious. Jake was our server tonight with the family and was very attentive. While they don’t have kids menus, I ordered my kids an orange chicken plate to share and it was perfectly sized. We will be back. ”
“ Excellent food. Service was just ok, they were busy but didn’t seem too organized. Our food came out at different times. Don’t let that keep you from trying as you will not be disappointed. You need to try the wings! I have to say these are the best I’ve had in Tucson! I ordered the catfish “just ok” and also got the Nuong/grilled beef. Wow so good!!! Definitely will not go wrong with the Pho. My wife’s favorite! We will be back. Thanks ”
“ We were just coming back late from Mayo Hospital and they were able to put us by ourselves to keep from infection. They were so nice and accommodating and attentive. Kelly was the first ray of sunshine at the front door and continued with Jojo, Danny, Ryan and everyone else that served us... I love my babies! This was our first time but won't be our last. We really enjoyed the pho and orange chicken and shrimp paste but we're coming back to say hello to our new friends ”
“ Great new venue for this downtown Tucson fixture. Good selection for vegetarians as well as for meat eaters. Especially thoughtful staff. ”
“ 4.3 is truly underrated! I traveled to Tucson for the gem show and had three days to explore. I ordered dishes #21 and #53, as recommended by Kelly—shout out to her for being so sweet and accommodating! The food here is exceptional, standing out among all the restaurants I’ve tried in Tucson. The portions are generous, and every bite is packed with flavor. Highly recommend! ”
“ Fast friendly service and great food every time just as good as the first location. The building is beautiful with wonderful flowers and plants to admire as well as people watching outside as it is in the heart of downtown. On street paid parking and walking distance to other businesses. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is appropriate for dressing up on a date or even casual dining. They also have a beautiful bar area. ”
“ I ordered a carry-out order and walked over from my hotel to pick it up. Staff was super friendly from the minute I walked in and helped me with picking up my food. I ordered the chicken lo mein, white rice and egg rolls. All were delicious! Lovedddd the homemade egg rolls (def not from the freezer section like some restaurants like to use). To-go presentation was nice & organized. I really enjoyed the chicken lo mein it was packed with flavor . Glad my hotel recommended Miss Saigon. I am stuffed! ”
“ I love miss Saigon’s, This was the first time I was able to get to the new downtown restaurant our server was Katrina she talked in the back the entire time we were there I had to ask the bartender for our check. We never had water. Katrina took our order and that was the last we saw of her I guess the conversation she was having with her coworkers was more important than doing her job she gets paid for. I have Been in hospitality industry for over 30 years Katrina should not be working in such a nice restaurant with outstanding food and a great atmosphere She ruins it with her bad service.. ”
